Starbucks Danbara
A nicely designed Starbucks with ample comfy seating, large tables and a balcony, not too far from Mazda Stadium and COSTCO.
The Danbara branch of Starbucks is open later than other locations in the area; great for the hardcore coffee addict, shift workers and those looking to indulge in something sweet before bed. The upper floor has a good number of comfy armchairs and large tables which seem popular with university students. There is also lots of natural light from windows that run the whole length of the building. A nice balcony with several tables which seat 4 people, overlooks the river. There is some traffic noise, so you might want to have your earbuds handy.
Danbara also has also a drive through. However, when there is a line, it often seems quicker to park, buy your stuff to-go and return to your car. The service here in general, while attentive, seems quite slow, so plan accordingly if you are hoping to pop in and out on the way somewhere in a hurry.
