The ume plum blossoms at Shukkei-en Garden are at about 70% and look particularly lovely if you can catch them during the increasingly frequent sunny intervals. The garden’s annual momo peach blossom viewing tea ceremony is scheduled for March 16, but there’s a good chance the ume will be looking fine then too.
