Nishiki-gawa (Kintai-kyo Bridge) Mizu-no-Saiten Fireworks Festival

Annual fireworks display held on the first Saturday of August each year with the dramatic backdrop of the Kintai Bridge in Iwakuni. 6000 blasts over an hour and a half.
Most people view from the parking area along the side of the river.
Kintai-kyo Bridge is closed to the public during the display.
