Big Wave (Higashi-ku Sports Center)

Sports facility purpose built for the 1994 Asian Games.

A 50m swimming pool during the summer and an ice rink in the winter. Also hosts many indoor sports competitions as well as an annual sumo exhibition.

A smaller facility next door has a (very shallow) 25m pool which is open throughout the year and weight training gym.
