Talk with A-bomb Survivors in English at Hachidori-sha

On the 6th, 16 and 26th of every month, A-bomb survivors welcome all-comers to talk with them about their experiences at Social Book Cafe Hachidori-sha. On the 6th the survivors speak in English, but there is usually someone on hand to translate on the other days too.

The August 6th remembrance day is one of their busiest gatherings of the year and it is a unique opportunity to exchange thoughts with some remarkable people, in an environment free from judgement and recrimination.
