Hiroshima Prefectural Citizen’s Culture Center

Hiroshima Prefectural Citizen’s Culture Center AKA Hiroshima kenmin Bunka Center AKA Rijo Kaikan is located just off the western section of the Hondori covered shopping arcade fairly near the A-bomb Dome.

As the name suggests, the large hall hosts cultural events and performances, notably regular Hiroshima Kagura performances, some of which are specifically tailored to overseas visitors.
