DESCRIPTION:The “Mi-ageru” (look up) art action”\, held every year since 2013\, aims to “transform the target” by focusing on the perspective of the people in Hiroshima’s city center who were going about the daily morning activities on August 6\, 1945 assembling volunteers on the “T-bridge” which served as the target at which the crew of the Eleanor Gay aimed.
