The big ticket event today is the World Peace Concert featuring Qunicy Jones and his crew, along with Ko Shibasaki and Koean idols KARA.
Elsewhere, however, Jogakuin University concludes its public events held in conjunction with its international Peace Seminar with a TED style talk event and the director Linda Hoaglund and photographer Ishiuchi Miyako make an appearance at the opening of the Things Left Behind documentary film.

Get up early to take part in what could be a very powerful art action which tries to re-imagine the T-bridge which provided the visual target for the pilots of the Enola Gay. Later is the first of four opportunities to hear the testimony of A-bomb survivors in English at the Peace Memorial Museum.
