Yamatoya Tashinami Bar Sake Tasting

The theme of the first of Yagenbori sake and wine shop Yamato-ya‘s Tashinami tasting event of 2016 is “fresh-pressed shinshu sake and the best atsukan hot sake of the season.”

3 shibori-tate freshly-pressed varieties and 3 atsukan varieties are on offer.

With each glass at ¥300 and a 3 glass set at ¥500, these events are great value. They are also very relaxed, with a stand bar atmosphere, o there is no need for those looking to dip their toe into the world of high quality, craft sake to feel wary of dropping in.
