Minimini Gaikoku are an organizations hoping to cure Hiroshima-ites of the widespread allergy to English through a range of English language events and programs. This time, local musicians Patrick Cleary and Chris Knobler are performing on the 9th floor of Fukuya department store in Hatchobori.
