Violin

This small and lovely little accessories and jewlery shop was started by Tomoko Takahashi, a young entrepreneur who started this business not only to sell order-made pieces but also to teach aspiring jewlery makers how to do it for themselves.

If you are tired of wearing jewlery that looks the same as what everyone else is wearing, you will be interested in Violin. This shop showcases Tomoko’s original designs using natural stones, beads and other interesting pieces beautifully arranged. If you have a particular design or idea, to match with a favorite outfit or for a special occasion, talk with Tomoko to create a custom design you are looking for.

If you are keen to try your hand at jewlery making, Tomoko also offers private lessons in the trade. Two hour lessons cost only 3,150 yen if you bring all of your own  beads and equiptment. Or, just over 2,000 yen for the two hour lesson plus material costs that you choose if you don’t want to bring your own.

Custom order necklaces from 3,150~100,000 yen depending on the quality of gems and materials needed. Custom made earrings from 6,000~ 20,000 yen.

The shop is located just around the corner from ProMart, 5 minutes from the Hatchobori tram stop crossing. There is parking for one car in front of the shop.
