GetHiroshima Tourist Map

We started the GetHiroshima Map back in 2002 to help out the confused-looking visitors we often saw on standing street corners wondering where to get a bite to eat or enjoy a drink with some friendly locals.

Frustrated2013 MAP at Cinnamon Shokudo that many of the thousands of people who visit Hiroshima every year leave without experiencing all that the city has to offer, the aim was to provide an introduction to the city beyond the Peace Park – a kind of GetHiroshima.com in your pocket – and suggestions as to how to go a bit deeper for those who stick around.

GetHiroshima MAP cover 2009-10The GetHiroshima Map has grown from a cute A4-sized map introducing a handful of places into today’s much larger publication with a print run to over 50,000 copies. 100% funded by small businesses who share our passion and provide an unequivocally warm welcome to visitors from all over the world, the map could not exist without their fantastic support.

Copies of the latest map can be picked up at all major hotels, tourist offices and from our sponsors. It can also be downloaded below (Warning: large files!)
