Treasures of the Mori Family
April 25, 2015 @ 9:00 am - May 31, 2015 @ 5:00 pm| ¥600
At the height of their power during the 15th century, the Mori clan once ruled most of Western Japan and were responsible for the establishment of Hiroshima Catsle and the town that began to grow up around it. This exhibition of art, armour, Noh costumes and tea ceremony utensils from the Mori family collection includes a rare public display of 15th century artist Sesshu’s ‘Sansui Chokan‘ (aka ‘Landscape of the Four Seasons’).
